As the night comes to an end two days before the trip, it’s important to remember what all needs to be done to ensure a successful road trip! Aside from regular packing it’s important to make sure the car is in good condition to drive for a long time. Things like pumping up the tires and doing an oil change are useful!!! Another thing is to make sure to charge all of your cameras, we plan on filming, live streaming (on kik), and vlogging our travels to its important to make sure the batteries are juiced up!!! Also bring chargers, just do that please. For regular packing I’m bringing a lot of warm clothes, and pretty much all of my hygiene stuff (yes I’m leaving my retainers because they were deemed not vital). Anyways, leave a comment if you think I’m gonna miss something or if you just want me to bring something random with me. Cool bye.

A Warm Hello From RedAdmiral
Hello there!!
My name is RedAdmiral, and I am the other cohost for the MOB blog! 😁 As Blim said, we made this blog to document our road trip journey up the northeastern United States and southern Canada.
Some fun facts:
1. Fluoroquinolones can cause tendon rupture
2. The capital of Kyrgyzstan is Bishkek
3. I love mad hatter tomato soup
Other than that guys, that's all I had! Just a short, fun introduction to RedAdmiral. If you're wondering where I got the nickname, it was my very first gamertag on the Xbox 360. I was really into gemstones at the time, and the largest Opal found in the world at the time was the Red Admiral found in Australia (I think). So... yeah. Anyway uhhh that's it I think and I can't wait to talk to you guys again. We leave on Saturday at 5-6am after our friend's birthday party dinner on friday :)
P.S. Look below for a funny heehoo
A big hello from Blim!!!
Hello everyone!!! I'm Blim, one of the cohosts of The MOB Blog! The reasoning for making this blog is because of our upcoming trip through Canada which we want to keep you guys updated about!
A little about me:
I love geography. One of the main reasons I wanted to go on this trip is because I've always been fascinated by Maine, specifically it's geographical location as it is the northern most state on the eastern contiguous united states. It's also pretty interesting how low the population density is of the state with most people living on the rocky shores in cities like Portland whilst almost no-one lives in the northern most tip of the state. Back when the United States was first starting out there was a weird period of time where no-one really knew where Maine ended and New Brunswick began, so when they decided to draw the line, it was above the 49th parallel. Along the trip I hope to collect a postcard from each state I visit to have some form of physical remembrance of the trip.
I also love nature, I post pretty regularly on iNaturalist and another goal of mine during this trip will be to iNat a couple species of animals that I wouldn't be able to picture in the state I'm from (NC).
Follow along with me and RedAdmiral as we make our way north and into Canada this Spring!
